I am proud to have my article Journaling: How to Use Writing to Support Your Mental Health published at Dr. Terri Lyon's website Life At The Intersection (LATI). Terri is my co-author for Make a Difference with Mental Health Activism.
Journaling is one of the easiest and least expensive methods of self-care around. This article explains when, where, and how to keep an expressive writing journal for self-exploration and mental health well-being.
Journaling is also an excellent steppingstone toward memoir writing. Hope you like it. Let me know if it is helpful to you.

What I appreciate most about 'Journaling for Mental Health' is how it recognizes that daily writing can be not just healing but transformative in the processing of emotions and addiction. The idea that putting pen to paper actually spins a self-awareness and emotional resilience within oneself struck a chord. As some students are driven to pay for dissertation services, either out of pressure or shortage of time, an excellent alternative is available straight at their fingertips: journaling- an active self-reflection and structured thinking can really help writers to cope with academic pressure independently from any external help.
